Do you ship internationally?

We sure do! We ship many products worldwide each day and have many happy customers in every corner of the globe.

How long does shipping take?  We've successfully delivered over 10,000 orders to customers around the globe.

• USA Orders: We'll receive your order and process it within 1-4 days after purchase.  As soon as we ship your item(s), you'll receive an email from us with tracking info.  Delivery takes 1-4 weeks after item ships.  
• International orders: Items will be processed and shipped within 4 days of purchase.  Items will deliver in 2-4 weeks.  You'll receive an email from us as soon as it ships with tracking info.  International customers are responsible for any customs fees that may incur. 

We  DO NOT OFFER refunds while a product is in transit as it is already on the way to you. We understand this can be a long time, but it is worth the wait at the competitive prices we offer.

How much does the shipping cost?

• Our shipping prices are 10.95$ on all orders below 5$. But we Offer FREE shipping for all orders over 5$. Please note that our shipping fee is non-refundable. International customers are responsible for any additional customs fees that incur with your country's policies.

How can I track my order?  

• Our team will send you an email notification as soon as your item ships + with a tracking number when it becomes available from our manufacturers.  

Can I send products back if I am unhappy with them? 

Yes, our 30-day return policy gives you ample flexibility, no questions asked. The confidence we have in our supply chain and products underpin our commitment to our customers. Terms and conditions apply.

I didn't get all of my items.

• Items will ship separately at no additional cost. You will receive tracking information for each item after it has shipped.  

Can I still make changes to my order after I have placed it?

• If you need to make a change to your order, please email us at gearguiders@gmail.com and we will do our best to help you. If your order has not been shipped yet, it should not be a problem to make changes. If your order has been shipped, you may return or exchange any items you do not wish to keep after you receive them.

Can I pay in my own currency?

• All of our prices on our website will checkout in USD (US Dollars). If your credit card is based in another currency, your order total will be calculated in accordance with the daily exchange rate of the date your card issues processes the transaction.  You can shop with your countries currency with the converter located on the top of the website homepage.
